For some reason the Google+ API is currently not pulling in the Social Media Description (or og:description) when UTM tracking is activated. We’re not sure why this is, but we are certain it’s an issue with the Google+ API itself.

The image and titles will populate just fine, but the description will not show up in the Google+ link preview.

We have reached out to the Google+ development team to inform them of this issue and have not heard anything yet.

If you wish to have your Social Media Descriptions populate in Google+ shares you must either turn off Analytics Tracking in your Social Warfare Settings (Social Warfare > Analytics > Activate Analytics Tracking [OFF]).
