One of the reasons Social Warfare is so unique is that it allows you to control what happens when a website visitor clicks the Pin button populated by the plugin.
However, we cannot control or communicate with the official Pinterest browser extension (created by Pinterest) or any other third parties. We can only control what our own pin button does.
So if you use a third-party button or extension that Social Warfare does not create, you will not get the same customized Pin image and description.
If you have filled out your custom Pinterest description and uploaded a custom Pinterest image inside of your post’s Social Warfare Custom Options and they are not coming up when you click the Pin button provided by Social Warfare, please contact us.
