Look, you spend a lot of time creating content on your website. Odds are, you have a lot of time invested in the look, feel, and identity of your site.
How dare someone come in, take your content, and place their unsolicited advertisements over top of it!
In case you’re not familiar with apps like Sniply, Start-A-Fire, Linkis, or other such framing software, here’s what they do in a nutshell:
Framing apps allow any Joe Schmoe to share your content but with their own calls-to-action, advertisements, affiliate links or other content over top of yours in order to use your content to send traffic and/or customers back to themselves.
And you’ll never even know about it.
Not in my house. To these apps, we say, “get off our lawn!”
Our Frame Buster plugin will protect your site from these framing apps and ensure that all traffic from these framing apps is redirected to its proper, unaltered home on your official domain as it should be. Never worry about content pirates again!
Simply install, activate, and let the Frame Buster keep your site safe 24/7.

Stay off my lawn.
(This is our original response when our team found out about Sniply. Displayed for historical purposes.)
Yeah, alright this ticks me off. Snip.ly, you know what?
I spent a lot of time building my house, my lawn, and my blog, and I don’t need some joe shmo spammer dude coming and putting up some billboard in my front yard without my permission. And the worst part is, it can be there, and I would never know about it.
In case you don’t know what I’m ranting about, it’s this app called snip.ly. They explain their tool like this:
These Snips allow you to add a message and a button Call-to-Action to pages you share.
That’s any page you want to put this thing on, you can. No permission needed.
They go on to explain that “These are most useful for redirecting users to signup pages, newsletter signup forms, promotional pages, landing pages, and special offers.”
So let’s look at this.
Some “Joe schmo punk other dude” can create a link to his opt-in form and put it on my page, with my content, and even cover up My Call to Action!
Uh uh. No sir. You done ticked off the wrong development team.
So we were just discussing this as a team about how insane this is and thought,
“You know what? This is a job for Warfare Plugins, the same development team that brought you Social Warfare – Pro: The Ultimate Social Sharing Arsenal.”
It’s our job to help you defend your territory. Arm yourself with the Frame Buster by Warfare Plugins and stop those content terrorists from hijacking your site once and for all!
